Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 20 April 2026

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to SlowSo, operated by NAMECAPS ENTERPRISE. We want to be fair and transparent about how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Free Trial

The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial. If you do not upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan automatically — you will never be charged without explicitly subscribing.

Subscription Billing

After the free trial (if you choose to subscribe), the Pro plan is billed at ₹599 per month, charged on the same calendar date each month via Razorpay.

Cancellation

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests submitted within 7 days of a charge will be considered and are generally approved for first-time charges. Refunds for subsequent monthly charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hi@namecaps.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and the Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing receipt).
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The exact timeline depends on your bank or card network.
