Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SlowSo, operated by NAMECAPS ENTERPRISE ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SlowSo is a web application that aggregates publicly available content from YouTube, Reddit, and RSS feeds chosen by you, and delivers it as a scheduled personal digest. Optional AI-powered summaries and footnotes are available on the Pro plan.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and a password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscription Plans

• Free plan — access to core digest features with limits on the number of creators, AI summaries per month, and post history depth. No credit card required.
• Pro plan — ₹599 per month, billed monthly via Razorpay. Includes unlimited creators, unlimited AI summaries, auto footnotes, and full post history. A 14-day free trial is available; no credit card is required to start the trial.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative tools from the service without written permission.
• Use the service in a way that violates the terms of service of YouTube, Reddit, or any other third-party platform whose content is accessed through SlowSo.
• Upload, distribute, or transmit malware or any harmful code.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content aggregated by SlowSo (videos, posts, articles) belongs to the original creators and platforms. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. SlowSo's own software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of NAMECAPS ENTERPRISE.

6. Third-Party Services

SlowSo relies on third-party APIs including YouTube Data API v3, Reddit, and Moonshot AI. Availability and content of third-party sources are beyond our control. We are not liable for changes, outages, or content policy decisions made by these platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of aggregated content, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAMECAPS ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
